1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using devicel™ platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. B2B Services

devicel™ is a business-to-business (B2B) platform for bulk electronics procurement. Our services are intended for businesses, not individual consumers.

3. Pricing & Orders

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and subject to applicable taxes. Bulk pricing tiers apply based on quantity ordered. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) apply to all products.

4. Payment

Payment must be made online via Razorpay. We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking. Cash on Delivery is not available for bulk orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on location and order size. Free shipping on orders above ₹10,000. Shipping charges apply for smaller orders.

6. Returns & Refunds

Defective products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after inspection.
